China Reinsurance (01508) appoints Cao Shunming and Zhong Manna as joint company secretaries

Zhitong Finance APP News: China Reinsurance (01508) announced that due to work arrangements, Ms. Wu Xiuwai will no longer serve as the company secretary or as an authorized representative of the company, effective from February 28, 2026.

In addition, Mr. Cao Shunming and Ms. Zhong Manna have been appointed as joint company secretaries. Since Mr. Cao Shunming currently does not meet the qualifications required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the company will apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for an exemption from strict compliance with these rules. Mr. Cao’s appointment will take effect from the date the exemption is granted by the Exchange. Ms. Zhong Manna, who possesses the professional qualifications required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17, will be appointed effective from February 28, 2026. Ms. Zhong Manna has also been appointed as an authorized representative, effective from February 28, 2026.
