Morgan Stanley: AI-driven sell-off of wealth management firm stocks may have already been excessive

Morgan Stanley states that the recent sell-off related to artificial intelligence (AI) in European wealth management firms seems somewhat excessive. Morgan Stanley notes that these companies will be able to leverage AI technology to improve productivity, and specifically mentions Fineco as a potential beneficiary of AI. Analysts Marina Massuti and Giulia Aurora Miotto said that AI will help wealth management firms reach more clients, including those with less assets, by automating “daily client reception and administrative tasks” without the need for additional resources.
