‼️ Strategy increases dividends on shares
🟠 Strategy CEO Michael Saylor announced that the company is raising the monthly dividends on STRC preferred shares to 11.5%.
"The dividend rate for STRC is adjusted monthly to encourage trading around the nominal value of STRC at $100 and to help reduce price volatility," according to Strategy's website.
This dividend policy reduces dilution of common shares but increases dependence on the company's ability to service shareholder payments.
