According to SMM data, as of this Thursday, the total installed capacity of metallurgical-grade alumina nationwide is 110.32 million tons/year, with a total operating capacity of 85.88 million tons/year. The weekly operating rate of alumina across the country increased by 0.53 percentage points to 77.84% compared to last week. Among them, the weekly operating rate in Shandong remained steady at 87.11%; in Shanxi, it increased by 1.34 percentage points to 71.37%; in Henan, it increased by 7.5 percentage points to 56.67%; in Guangxi, it increased by 1.79 percentage points to 78.88%; and in Guizhou, it decreased by 0.36 percentage points to 78.5%.
