Dongguan Jierong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jierong Technology”) announced on February 27 that it has received a notice of case filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The announcement states that Jierong Technology, its controlling shareholder Jierong Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jierong Group”), and the company’s actual controller Zhao Xiaoqun received the “Notice of Case Filing” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on February 26 (Securities Regulatory Case Filing No. 0062026006, 0062026007, 0062026008). Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, including the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China, the CSRC has decided to file cases against the company, Jierong Group, and Zhao Xiaoqun.

According to the announcement, Jierong Technology, Jierong Group, and Zhao Xiaoqun will actively cooperate with the CSRC’s investigation. Jierong Technology will continue to monitor the progress of the matter and, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements, promptly disclose information.
