On February 11, Assistant Minister of Commerce Zhang Li met with Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong SAR Government, Qiu Yinghua, to discuss supporting Hong Kong in better integrating into and serving the overall development of the country, as well as better assisting mainland enterprises in going global. After the meeting, both sides witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce and the Hong Kong SAR Government on strengthening cooperation and exchange in the field of overseas comprehensive services.
