Regarding the Panamanian government’s forced takeover of two ports operated by Hong Kong Changjiang and Hutchison Group, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at the regular press conference on the 24th that China’s position on the port issue in Panama is clear. “I believe you also noticed that the relevant companies have issued statements indicating they will reserve all rights, including resorting to legal procedures.
