ChainCatcher reports that on the 28th local time, Iran’s Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the U.S. and Israel airstrikes on Iran, stating that “the enemies ignore all international laws and act recklessly during negotiations.” The Ministry also said it will use all available resources to maintain social order, and the Minister of Interior has issued orders to governors of all provinces to mobilize resources to meet the needs of the public.

The statement further announced the establishment of a National Crisis Management Headquarters and directed all provincial crisis management departments and relevant agencies to take necessary actions. It urged the public to stay calm, plan their intra-city and inter-city travel according to the situation, and pay attention to official news channels, warning against believing rumors and false information.
