During the Spring Festival holiday, the average daily passenger flow at Shanghai airports exceeded 400,000, a year-on-year increase of 5.5%.

According to Shanghai Airport Group, quick report data shows that during the Spring Festival holiday from February 15th (the 28th day of the lunar month) to February 23rd (the seventh day of the lunar new year), Shanghai airports handled a total of 3.659 million arriving and departing passengers, including 2.38 million at Pudong Airport and 1.279 million at Hongqiao Airport, with an average of 407,000 passengers per day, a 5.5% increase compared to the same period last year. A total of 22,000 flights were operated, including 15,000 at Pudong Airport and 7,000 at Hongqiao Airport, with an average of 2,409 flights per day, a 3.1% increase compared to the same period last year.
