Let’s just stick with AI because it’s taken a wrecking ball to software. A lot of investors have just decided, hey, just listen, AI is the death of software. That’s the story, that’s the narrative. Do you think the damage that’s being done, you look at like the IGV, is Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe. Um, is that fair or or overblown?

Look, I think market perception is that AI changes the economics of software. Um, I think there is some risk there. Uh, but also on the other hand, AI creates massive demand for software as well, if you look at the backend side of the story and that is not priced in. If you focus on the risk itself, um, I think there are certain areas of the software market, uh, that have, let’s just say shallow works workflow integration, where data moats are very weak, uh, where distribution advantages don’t exist. um, business models that are mostly tilted towards seat-based pricing, and you could see those maybe, you know, getting automated or disrupted by AI enabled solutions.

Are there ones where you say, listen, these look more defensible to me?

Yes, on the compute enablement side. I mean, there’s a lot of software that makes AI possible, right? And so when you think about a service now, um, you know, a salesforce and some of the data tooling solutions, databases, what have you. Um, you know, again, data is the fuel that keeps AI running. So when you think about scaling AI applications, there’s a long list of backend applications that are really making that possible, right? And so market is right now selling software indiscriminately all around. Um, I think that you will see that prove it moment play out over earnings over the next several quarters that that really drives um AI forward. The other side of the story is cyber security, right? AI magnifies a lot of cyber risks. um and I think cyber security is really well positioned in the AI age.

Any cyber names in particular you like here?

We like the leaders. Look, Palo Alto, Crowd Strike, Zscaler, the entire spectrum of opportunity. You know, cyber is, if you think about it, really uh about point solutions. There are many needs that need to be tackled. And so we think a diversified approach makes sense. Um then when you think about a, um you know, cyber security ETF like like bug, we include the top 10, um the the top uh uh companies within cyber that derive more than 50% of their revenues from that space. And I would take a very diversified approach in that in that dynamic.
