U.S. stocks open, Dow Jones down 0.75%, Netflix up 10.83%

Mars Finance reports that according to Gate Market Data, U.S. stocks opened lower: the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.75%, the S&P 500 declined 0.82%, and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.2%. Netflix (NFLX.O) opened up 10.83% after announcing it is withdrawing from the acquisition battle for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD.O). Amazon (AMZN.O) fell 0.44% and announced a partnership with OpenAI, participating in OpenAI’s new $110 billion investment round with a $50 billion contribution.
