Gelonghui, February 23 — Tongfu Microelectronics (002156.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “SZSE”) titled “Notice of Acceptance of the Application for the Private Placement of Shares by Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd.” (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review [2026] No. 34). The SZSE reviewed the company’s submitted application documents for the private placement of shares to specific targets in accordance with relevant regulations, found the application complete, and decided to accept it.
The company’s issuance of shares to specific targets still requires review and approval by the SZSE, and registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter “CSRC”) before it can be implemented. Whether the review by the SZSE will be successful and whether the registration will be approved by the CSRC remain uncertain in terms of timing and outcome.
