#MyWeekendTradingPlan
Weekend markets are a different game, and my approach reflects that. With institutional participation typically lighter and liquidity thinner, price action can become more erratic, with sudden wicks, fake breakouts, and liquidity grabs. Because of this environment, my core objective for the weekend is capital preservation first, profits second.
Market Structure & Bias
Bitcoin remains the primary market driver. As long as BTC holds above key support zones, I maintain a neutral-to-bullish bias. However, if price starts showing weak structure near resistance—such as lower highs, rejection wicks, or declining volume—I shift into a defensive stance. I avoid predicting direction and instead react to confirmation on lower timeframes.
Trading Strategy
My weekend strategy is based on selectivity and patience. I focus on:
Range trading between clearly defined support and resistance
Liquidity sweeps followed by strong reclaims
Break-and-retest setups with volume confirmation
I avoid chasing impulsive moves and only enter trades where risk-to-reward is clearly favorable. If a setup doesn’t offer at least a 1:2 or higher R:R, I simply skip it.
Altcoin Approach
For altcoins, I only monitor assets with:
Strong volume relative to market conditions
Clean technical structure
Clear invalidation levels
Random low-liquidity pumps are ignored. If Bitcoin shows instability, I reduce alt exposure significantly or stay entirely on the sidelines.
Risk Management Rules
Risk control is non-negotiable:
Fixed position sizing on every trade
Tight invalidation levels, no emotional stop adjustments
No revenge trading after losses
Maximum number of trades capped per session
Stablecoins remain ready to deploy only when high-probability opportunities appear.
Execution & Psychology
Execution matters more than ideas. I wait for candles to close, confirmations to appear, and emotions to settle before entering. The weekend is not about forcing trades—it’s about discipline, clarity, and consistency. Sometimes the best trade is no trade.
Final Objective
The goal this weekend is simple: protect capital, stay mentally sharp, and position myself for stronger opportunities when volume returns. Markets will always offer chances, but only prepared traders are ready to take them.
Trade calm. Stay patient. Let the market do the work. 🚀📈
