In the past couple of days, a project called NextRare_cards suddenly popped up on my timeline.
Curious, I did some digging and found that this project is incredibly lacking in transparency: Team background? Not disclosed. Funding status? Can’t find any information. Tokenomics? Doesn’t exist. On-chain data? Completely blank. So far, there’s only a waitlist and a single concept description: “Digital + Physical TCG Collectible Platform.”
However, there’s one detail that’s rather intriguing—the three core members of Virtuals Protocol all happen to be following this account. You should know that the folks at Virtuals have always been very discerning; any project that catches all their attention at once is rarely simple.
Is this project really substantial or just pure hype? It’s hard to say for now, but the follower list does seem to hint at something interesting.
