Nobitex released a second announcement regarding the theft incident: Hot Wallet balance has been safely transferred, and user access is being restored.

On June 18, the Iranian crypto trading platform Nobitex issued a second announcement of the theft, and so far the following measures have been taken to protect Nobitex user assets: all Nobitex-related servers in the data center have been disconnected from the network; The balances of all Nobitex hot wallets have been emptied and transferred to a secure address to cut off external access to these balances; The exact amount of stolen assets is under investigation and will be made public; The technical team is working to ensure the state of the physical servers and restore user access to the Nobitex website; The information of all user accounts is stored on the backup server, and after re-establishing access to the user panel, the wallet balance of each user will be clearly visible; Nobitex has been in contact with the police and the responsible authorities since the incident and has taken steps to protect user assets, which will be restored as much as possible from hot wallets. Earlier today, Iranian crypto trading platform Nobitex was attacked by the pro-Israel hacker group “Gonjeshke Darande”, with an estimated loss of more than $80 million.
