On April 22nd, Li Ning Company officially released the “2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report,” systematically disclosing its annual progress in areas such as eco-friendly products, green operations, supply chain management, employer image, and social public welfare. This is the 12th consecutive year that Li Ning has published related reports since 2014, continuously promoting the integration of sustainable development concepts with corporate operations.

As an official partner of the Chinese Olympic Committee, Li Ning designed outdoor award uniforms for the Chinese sports delegation at the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics, using approximately 45% recycled nylon and recycled polyester, with over 800 kilograms of industrial waste silk and more than 4,200 discarded plastic bottles recycled. During the event, it also showcased its green practices through special exhibitions at the “China House”; the company has built a full-chain system for eco-friendly products, promoted bio-based materials, and applied waterless dyeing technology. In 2025, about 4,715 tons of recycled polyester yarn were used, and technological breakthroughs in biodegradable professional sports shoes were achieved. Additionally, 15 flagship products received carbon footprint certification, and multiple carbon reduction measures were implemented in packaging.

In terms of green operations, Li Ning enhanced energy efficiency through digital and intelligent upgrades. Several Li Ning centers completed energy-saving renovations or obtained green certifications, and efforts to accelerate renewable energy projects are underway, with multiple photovoltaic projects already in operation. Regarding supply chain management, in 2025, the company conducted social responsibility audits on 173 finished or semi-finished product suppliers and environmental audits on 66 material factories and other suppliers, all receiving qualified evaluations. It also promoted suppliers to set carbon reduction targets and continued to practice zero harmful substances emissions.

For employer development, Li Ning adheres to the “people-oriented” philosophy, improving employee growth channels and compensation and benefits systems, creating a healthy work environment. In 2025, it received multiple employer-related honors and obtained the Great Place to Work™ certification in January 2026. In social public welfare, the company carried out various donation and support activities in fields such as emergency disaster relief, youth sports support, and sports for the disabled, helping to advance related causes.
