China concept stock index drops 0.5%, closing at 6,994 points. Baidu rose nearly 6% in Hong Kong but did not follow the upward trend in U.S. stocks, closing 5% lower in Hong Kong.

Northbound funds bought 13.2 billion on Friday, net inflow for the day. Funds bought Kuaishou (01024) and the Link REIT (02800), with net inflows of 13.17B and 139.2B respectively. Alibaba (09988) also attracted 270.2B in funds; Xiaomi (01810) and Longfei Fiber (06869) saw outflows of 148.1B and 200 million yesterday.

Hong Kong stocks fell over 200 points. Iran situation fluctuates; Hang Seng Index opened down 266 points at 26,359, then fell as much as 351 points to a low of 26,274. In the afternoon, the decline slightly narrowed, ending down 232 points at 26,393, with a turnover of 279.75 billion HKD. The Tech Index fell 0.4% to 5,102 points. Baidu (09888) rose over 5% against the trend, Kuaishou (01024) up over 9%, chip stocks declined, SMIC (00981) fell over 4%, Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347) down over 7%. Financial stocks HSBC (00005) fell 3%, AIA (01299) also declined nearly 3%.
