Users can trade in Gate Strategy Bot by copying strategies or creating strategies themselves, that is, becoming Signalers.
What does it mean by copying a strategy
To copy a strategy means that users can view the performance of a specific strategy created by others in the "Leaderboard". If you are satisfied with the potential returns of this strategy, you can copy its parameters and create your own one.
Note: You can copy strategies for free, but five percent of the profit should be given to the strategy creator when the copied one ends.
Example: A creates a strategy and becomes a signaller. B copies A's strategy and C copies B's strategy. Then A will receive 5% of B's and C's profits. There is no limit on the total number of copies.
How to interpret the strategy's yield curve
- A red return curve indicates that the strategy is at a loss compared to when it was first created.
- A green yield curve indicates profits compared to the initial creation point.
Example: In the following figure, during 2022-02-27 ~ 2022-04-04, the green curve shows an upward trend (profitable). After 2022-04-04, it shows a downward trend (loss during this period).
Therefore, when choosing a strategy, you should not only look at the overall return, but also analyze the recent trend of its yield curve. If the curve shows a decline, it is recommended to invest cautiously.

Step 1:
Enter Navigation Bar → click on [Bots] → select [Bot Pool] → choose a strategy in the "Bot Pool" or "Leaderboard" → click [Copy] to enter the creation page.
A strategy will be created after inputting the required fields and clicking [Create].
Step 2:
View copied strategies. All copied strategies can be viewed in [My Bots] on the [Bots] page.

About Strategy Termination (Web)
The termination of a copied strategy is independent from the original one.
- When the original creator ends their strategy, copiers will receive an App notification and a platform message.
- The copied strategies will not end automatically unless you terminate them manually.

Step 1: Copy strategies in [Bot Pool] or [Ultra AI].
Login to your Gate account in the App and tap [Trade-Bots] on the homepage.
Step 2: On the [Bots] page, you can see a selection of strategies in the ranking.
Select your preferred one and tap [Copy] to enter the creation page.
A strategy will be created after inputting the required parameters and clicking [Create].
Step 3: View copied strategies. All copied strategies can be viewed in [My Bots].
About Strategy Termination (App)
The termination of a copied strategy is independent from the original one.
Even if the strategy creator ends their strategy, copied strategies will not be ended automatically unless you terminate them manually.
Gate reserves the final right to interpret the product.
