I took a look at the Kyo Finance airdrop plan, and the prize pool is actually pretty sizable—they’ve prepared 25,000 $KYO tokens to give away.

The event lasts quite a while, from December 4 all the way to Christmas (December 25), so that’s three weeks in total. But the participation requirements are quite relaxed; you only need to use it on 5 days during the event, not every single day.

The process is to swap ETH on the Base chain to USDT0 on Soneium. I’ll have to test the bridge to see if the fees are reasonable.

Honestly, even though it looks like there’s a share of the airdrop up for grabs, considering there have been so many similar projects lately… I’m still weighing whether it’s worth the hassle to go through all this just for this one🤷

With so many airdrops, won't the fees eat up most of it?

What you can get from the distribution of 25k KYO depends on the final number of participants... It's another project that seems simple but actually has a lot of tricks.

ngl, 25k tokens sounds nice on paper but have you actually run the gas math on that base→soneium bridge? feels like cooking with expensive ingredients just to end up with mid results tbh... the farm-to-fork verification would be brutal here lol

25,000 coins thrown in? That's definitely some strength, just not sure how it'll be distributed in the end 😅 Once the fees go up, it's over. That little airdrop isn't worth the trouble. Three-week event with relaxed conditions sounds nice, but now these types of projects are just too competitive. Has anyone successfully bridged from Base to Soneium? What are the actual fees? Rather than joining this, it's better to hold on to your top projects. This round of airdrops all feels the same—can't really say who actually made money.

25,000 KYO sounds nice, but once you factor in the fees, it might not be worth it. The cross-chain bridge cost is outrageous; for airdrop farming, you have to see if it's worth all the hassle. There are so many similar projects; this one doesn't have any unique features.
