#ETH走势分析 Evening Observation on December 6: Technical Analysis of BTC and ETH

On the hourly chart, several signals are worth noting. The three bands of the Bollinger Channel are moving down in sync, and the channel is narrowing—this kind of contraction often signals that a new directional move is about to occur. The price is running close to the middle band, leaving room for further downside.

The MACD lines are still hovering below the zero axis. Although a bullish crossover has appeared underwater, its effect is not obvious. Market sentiment remains bearish. There is indeed some buying entering the market, but combined with volume data, the actual amount of capital entering is conservative, and most people are still on the sidelines.

The three RSI lines are running steadily in the weak zone. While the KDJ indicator is still in the strong area, the K and D lines have already formed a bearish crossover at high levels—it's only a matter of time before they move into weakness.

In summary, technical signals currently suggest bears remain in control. Evening trading strategy: follow the trend, focus on shorting at highs.

Key price levels to watch:
For BTC, it first needs to effectively break below the 88700 first support level. If it then breaks through the 88000 level, the likelihood of further decline toward the 86200 third target will increase significantly.

For ETH, it first needs to effectively break below the 3000 first support. If it then breaks through 2980, the probability of further decline to the 2820 third target will increase substantially.

Specific trade references:
$BTC Consider short positions in the 89000-89500 range, targeting around 88000
$ETH Consider short entries in the 3020-3040 range, targeting around 2980

Bollinger Bands are narrowing, KDJ has formed a death cross—this short signal is indeed very clear.

Another short position again? Will it break through this time? Last time we said this, there was a rebound. Right now, we're basically relying on the golden cross to save us.

It's the same old technical analysis routine. To put it nicely, it's going short with the trend, but honestly, it's just betting on a drop. Most people are on the sidelines anyway, so I'll just watch as well. If 3000 doesn't break, I'll just keep lying low.

After looking at the technical analysis for a while, it just feels like everyone is waiting for a direction to be chosen—in other words, this is exactly like an "incentive compatibility" issue in mechanism design. Funds are on the sidelines, trading volume is conservative; to put it bluntly, market consensus hasn't formed yet.

Bollinger Bands are contracting and the KDJ has formed a death cross. This drop seems to be really coming. I think we need to hold onto our short positions tightly this time.

The Bollinger Bands are narrowing again, and every time people say there's going to be a breakout, but what happens? It's just stuck here going sideways.

Bollinger Bands narrowing, MACD below zero, KDJ dead cross... This combination does look pretty intense, but I just want to ask, who is actually footing the bill?
