A certain prediction market platform has just released its November report card—and the numbers are pretty explosive.

First, on the compliance front: they received a revised designated order from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and subsequently relaunched a beta version in the U.S. market. This is a significant signal for the entire prediction market sector.

In terms of business data, they set new records across the board: monthly trading volume soared to $4.3 billion, active users exceeded 500,000, and on-chain transactions reached 18.6 million. Additionally, before Kaito's TGE, they ranked first on the mindshare leaderboard with 17.2%.

Commercial partnerships are also accelerating—UFC, Yahoo, PrizePicks, and other traditional sports and media giants have all chosen to collaborate with them. Prediction markets are now penetrating mainstream awareness beyond the crypto community, and the dual-engine model of compliance and traffic is starting to gain traction.

Compliance + mainstream adoption really are the future direction. With UFC coming in, how can you not be optimistic? --- A monthly trading volume of 4.3 billion is staggering. The era of mainstream acceptance of prediction markets has truly arrived. --- CFTC endorsement is the real key here—it's more valuable than any data. --- 500,000 active users isn't a lot, right? Feels like there's still a lot of room to grow. --- An established media outlet like Yahoo entering the scene means everything is clear. The track has really taken off. --- The dual-engine driving model working out is the core of this wave. This was the missing piece before. --- Ranking first in mindshare is a bit exaggerated. How trustworthy are these kinds of rankings? --- From crypto to mainstream, prediction markets have really made a comeback this time. --- The UFC partnership says more than the data ever could. The sports fan base is huge. --- What does 17.2% mindshare even mean? I don't quite get this metric. --- The beta relaunching in the US means things are really about to get started. --- Traditional giants rushing in proves the market has truly been built up.

Damn, $4.3 billion in monthly trading volume—are those numbers for real or just hype? With the CFTC’s designation order in place, it feels like the rules of the game are about to change. 500,000 active users plus endorsements from traditional giants—this time really does seem different. If compliance really gets sorted out, prediction markets might actually go mainstream. But like I always say, let’s wait until mainstream capital actually enters the scene. The partnership between UFC and Yahoo is a pretty big move—looks like the big players are all optimistic.

$4.3 billion in monthly trading volume—these numbers say it all. I just calculated the growth rate, and the month-over-month statistical significance is solid. The prediction market sector is really about to take off. --- I've been waiting for this dual engine of compliance + traffic for a long time. That CFTC document was like a shot of steroids for the whole sector, and mainstream institutions entering the market is already reflected in the data. --- Big players like UFC and Yahoo are here. We've finally reached the turning point from niche to mainstream—the top spot in mindshare wasn't earned for nothing. --- The 500,000 active user mark is critical. Once it breaks out of the niche, there will be no ceiling. I think next quarter's competition will be even fiercer. --- 18.6 million on-chain transactions—this scale is no longer just a small operation. It shows that people are actually using it, not just speculating. The data doesn't lie. --- I'm optimistic about this direction, but I still recommend paying attention to asset allocation models. Don't go all in on a single sector.

Damn, $4.3 billion in trading volume—those numbers are no joke. Getting that CFTC paper is basically the gold standard for compliance, no doubt about it. 500,000 active users milestone hit—they’ve really broken out of the niche, everyone. Even the UFC is on board, that’s mainstream recognition right there. Prediction markets are really about to take off. Compliance and traffic are both soaring. Looks like 2024 is going to be the year for prediction markets. Being number one in mindshare is insane, even the Kaito rankings trust them now. From crypto enthusiasts to sports fans—this is what institutional-level adoption looks like. $4.3 billion at this scale—this is no small operation anymore. Beta relaunch, and the US market is really opening up. Traditional giants are backing it now, which shows this is really going mainstream.

Damn, $4.3 billion monthly trading volume—is this real or is the crypto space hyping things up again? With the CFTC’s approval, it really is different this time. Finally, we have a compliant prediction market. 500,000 active users breaking records? Even the UFC is on board—this time really is different. Being number one in mindshare says something too. I need to take another look at the prediction market sector. But how much of this data is inflated? Is this actual trading volume with real money? All the major sports giants are partnering up; feels like crypto is about to break into the mainstream.

nah, those transaction volume numbers don't add up. let me pull up my spreadsheet real quick... actually, statistically speaking, the user retention curves on prediction markets have historically been evolutionary dead-ends. data suggests otherwise for their long-term viability.
