We should proactively drop the intensity of our learning.

Keep yourself within the optimal range of tolerance, which preserves the sense of achievement in learning while ensuring its challenge. The vast majority of people usually tell themselves to work hard and strive, set very high standards for themselves, and often motivate themselves. In the end, the outcome may actually be counterproductive.

The best learning zone is within the stretch zone, at the edge of the comfort zone, where we experience both a sense of achievement and challenge, making progress the fastest. It should neither be too hard nor too easy; the moderate difficulty zone is the flow channel of learning.
