BIT Mining Limited announced its name change and stock code.

Golden Finance reported that the Crypto Assets infrastructure company BIT Mining Limited (NYSE: BTCM) (“BIT Mining” or “the Company”) announced today that the company name has been changed to “SOLAI Limited” and the stock code has been changed to “SLAI”. The company's American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), each representing 100 shares of Class A common stock with a par value of $0.00005, are currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BTCM.” The company's American Depositary Shares are expected to begin trading on Monday, October 20, 2025, under the company's new English name “SOLAI Limited” and the new ticker symbol “SLAI.”
