Gate News Report, March 19 — Nasdaq-listed private market investment firm Hamilton Lane (Stock Code: HLNE) announced a strategic investment in blockchain investment platform Republic. The specific investment amount was not disclosed, but Republic’s total funding has now reached approximately $202 million. This investment aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties in areas such as tokenization, distribution, and expanding retail investor access to private markets. Previously, Hamilton Lane and Republic had already collaborated by offering the Hamilton Lane Private Infrastructure Fund (HLPIF) to individual investors through the Republic platform.
