Losing a job doesn't define your worth as a professional. Right now, we're seeing unemployment hit 4.4% nationwide—the highest it's been in years. But here's what really stands out: the gap persists. Black workers face a 7.5% jobless rate, nearly double the national average. These aren't just numbers on a chart. They're signals about structural challenges in the labor market that ripple through every sector, including how people engage with digital assets and decentralized finance. When traditional systems show cracks like this, alternative economic models start looking more relevant.

Traditional finance isn’t working anymore, it’s time to buy the dip in Web3. With unemployment so high, why haven’t you gotten on board yet?

With such significant structural differences, it's no wonder more and more people are turning to Web3.

This data is truly heartbreaking. Structural discrimination has always existed; it's just been hidden by the numbers.

okay but actually the math here doesn't really track... 7.5% vs 4.4% sounds dramatic until you realize we're not examining *why* the gap exists. is it selection bias in hiring data? underemployment masking? nah, easier to just blame "structural issues" and shill defi as the cure-all. seen this exact narrative in 2021. didn't work then either.
