There’s been something rather unusual happening over the past two days—some big DOGE holders teamed up and swept up 480 million tokens, which at current prices amounts to over $70 million. But what’s odd is that the price has been stuck around 0.147 and just can’t break through, which feels suspicious.

First, let’s look at the data contradiction: With buying orders of this magnitude coming in, the price only went up by 2.5%? It shot up to 0.1534 but was immediately pushed back. Normally, this level of capital should drive a more significant rally. The only explanation is that there’s even heavier selling pressure above, and someone might be using this buying wave as an opportunity to offload their holdings. There’s an old saying in the market—"If high volume doesn’t drive price up, something fishy is going on"—and that’s exactly what’s happening here.

Technical charts are also sending warning signals. On the hourly chart, the MACD indicator has formed a bearish crossover below the zero line, which is a classic sign of a weak rebound. What’s worse is that the 0.15 round number level is acting like a ceiling, and there’s a huge amount of trapped positions between 0.149 and 0.15. If repeated attempts to break through fail, sentiment could quickly turn sour, and the price might pull back to the 0.146–0.147 range.

The real make-or-break level to watch is 0.1444. If that’s lost, the entire trend could significantly weaken. Right now, it’s like a tug-of-war: the whales are pulling hard, but there are even more people tugging back on the other end.

Oh no, it's the same old trick again. Big players accumulate and end up getting trapped. I saw this exact scenario three years ago.

Here we go again. Does it always mean it's bullish when big players are scooping up tokens? In my opinion, this round is just accumulation. If 0.1444 doesn't hold, we'll see a pullback. But I'm still bullish and will keep increasing my position.
