It's necessary for you to top up your Gate Crypto Card with enough balance before using it, otherwise, your transaction will be rejected and potentially frozen.
1.How to add funds to Gate Card? If you are using the Gate website, log in to your Gate account and click [Buy Crypto] - [Gate Card]. You can access it from the footer of the page: [Products] - [Card]; If you are using the Gate App, log in to your Gate account and navigate to the "Gate Card" section under "Finance".
a. Now, click on the "Top up" button under Gate Card if you are on the App or "Top up with Crypto" button on the web.
b.Choose the crypto that you would like to use to top up the card (Gate supports all cryptos that you have on your spot account for top up). The minimum top up amount is equivalent to 15 USDT. c.After confirming the top up (payment from your spot account to Gate Card), you will receive the top up amount in Euro in your Gate Card, and you can start to use the card within the top up balance.

2.Can I transfer funds directly to my Gate Crypto Card from other platforms? To maintain the integrity of transactions, Gate Crypto Card can only be topped up using the funds stored within your Gate Spot wallet. External platforms, unfortunately, can not be used to fund your Gate Card. Be cautious when sending funds directly from third-party sources like financial wallets or betting sites as these transactions might not be credited to your Gate Card, and recovering those funds could be challenging.
3.Why did topping up my Gate Crypto Card fail? There are top up limits on daily, monthly, and yearly in terms of maximum transaction amounts and number of times for top up. If your top up amount or number of times exceed this limit, your top up will fail.
