Recently, people keep asking me if seeing "sandwich" "arbitrage" on-chain is an opportunity...

My first reaction to this kind of excitement is not to think about making money, but: who is actually paying the transaction fee?
Honestly, you think you're catching a bargain, but they might just be casually recycling a passing water bottle.

What's more embarrassing is that those on-chain data tools/tags are also criticized for being laggy and potentially misleading, right?
You keep chasing the tags, and in the end, it's like looking in a mirror in the elevator: thinking you've seen clearly, but it's just delayed yourself.

I no longer chase explanations, I accept randomness.
What I can do is: don't get carried away, don't leverage too much, before trading, think for a second "Am I just paying someone else's fee."
That's all for now.
